Dear Voter, unlike my opponent(s), I am not a career politician or a lawyer. I am a family physician, an electrical engineer, and a bronze medalist in the Olympic trials. I have been blessed to be called to the defense of the American family when my children were removed from my shared custody by a corrupt bureaucracy via phone by incompetent family court judges who accepted false evidence from my ex’s attorneys, in violation of the Constitution and the Rule of Law, accusing me that I scared my children when I prayed with them The Armor Of God, and then threw the real evidence to the garbage (see www.SayNoToPAS.com, and sign petition). From then on, I decided to fight this unbelievable attack to our Constitution and parental rights. As a family physician, one of my main goals is to help my patients live longer, healthier and more enjoyable lives. To accomplish these goals, I believe that it is imperative that we live in a country where our Unalienable Human Rights and freedoms are honored and respected. Because of this experience, and because I have identified the main reason we have been losing our constitutional rights and freedoms , I have decided to run for the Florida State Senate, and I hope that you vote for me and the coalition I form part of, to protect our unalienable rights and freedoms. I believe that what happened to me is a symptom of a very serious sickness that our society is suffering, the loss of our nation’s soul, which in the state where I reside, Florida, has already caused the loss of 534+ innocent children in 6 years. Based on recent evidence, America is no longer a democratic Republic, a “government of the people, by the people, for the people,” but an oligarchy controlled by a degenerate aristocracy, also known as oligarchy; as some have put it. America has become a government of the attorneys, by the attorneys and for the attorneys. To return to our democratic Republican form of government, vote for anyone, but attorneys for the legislative and executive branches of governments. As a matter of fact, the Florida constitution in Article 2, Section 3 is clear about attorneys working for the judicial branch being prohibited from working in other branches of government: Branches of government.—The powers of the state government shall be divided into legislative, executive and judicial branches. No person belonging to one branch shall exercise any powers appertaining to either of the other branches unless expressly provided herein.
Brief Biography:
I am the oldest of 6 siblings and father of 4 beautiful children. I came to the U.S. in my mid-teens due to my democratic beliefs and roots being destroyed in my native country, Nicaragua. Here, I became a living example of the American Dream, which professes that with hard work and perseverance anyone can succeed. For the glory and grace of God, while attending school and working full-time, I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and later became a bronze medalist and Olympian in the Olympic Trials for Atlanta, 1996; then, inspired by the near-death experience of my earthly father from several heart attacks in his mid-forties, I saved for 12 years, before embarking in my dream of becoming a doctor, something that I accomplished scoring among the best in the nation in my medical exams and my medical residency. Due to my deep belief that it is in giving that we receive, and this is how we let the light of Christ shine, I created a medical study guide which I shared with all the residents in my program, helping us score among the best Family Medicine programs in the nation (see videos: University of Miami/JMH Family Medicine Graduating Class of 2013; Lifting up the name of Jesus). I am by no means wise or strong, but “God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty” (1 Corinthians 1: 27).
This country was founded on religious tolerance and freedom. Some people wrongly believe that politicians should not speak about their religious views and values for this is a violation of the first Amendment, but they couldn’t be any further from the truth.
The First Amendment was not created to protect the government from religious values, but to protect those with religious values from government tyranny, which is exactly what I and many in America have increasingly experienced: www.SayNoToPAS.com. Because I believe in the Constitution and the inalienable rights it provides, I have sworn to defend it, and that’s why I am running for the Florida State Senate, and why I know I can count with your support.
