This country was founded on religious tolerance and freedom. Some people wrongly believe that politicians should not speak about their religious views and values for this is a violation of the first Amendment, but they couldn’t be any further from the truth.
The First Amendment was not created to protect the government from religious values, but to protect those with religious values from government tyranny, which is exactly what I and many in America have increasingly experienced: www.SayNoToPAS.com.
