What Is Marriage?

“So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them. And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth” (Genesis 1:27-28).

“And did not God make [you and your wife] one [flesh]? Did not One make you and preserve your spirit alive? And why [did God make you two] one? Because He sought a godly offspring [from your union]. Therefore take heed to yourselves, and let no one deal treacherously and be faithless to the wife of his youth” (Malachi 2:15).

Therefore, based on these two passages, marriage is God’s established committed relationship between ONE man and ONE woman for procreation and raising of godly offspring, and dominion of the earth and the animal kingdom.

God’s definition is polar opposite from the politically biased imposed definition of the five “homosexual activists hidden behind the black robes” of the Supreme Court.  As —Chief Justice Roberts puts it: “Under the Constitution, judges have power to say what the law is, not what it should be. The people who ratified the Constitution authorized courts to exercise “neither force nor will but merely judgment.”…for those who believe in a government of laws, not of men, the majority’s approach is …an act of will, not legal judgment. The right it announces has no basis in the Constitution or this Court’s precedent.” And —Justice Scalia adds: “Today‘s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme CourtThis practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.”
